AVETMISS stands for the Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard. It is a national data standard which ensures the consistency and accuracy of vocational education and training (VET) information.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All candidates looking to achieve the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment must be aware that this qualification has an entry requirement. The requirement states:

Those entering this qualification must be able to demonstrate vocational competence in their proposed training and assessing area. Vocational competence is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification.

LANGUAGE, LITERACY & NUMERACY (LLN)

MRWED Training and Assessment is committed to supporting all of its students in successfully completing their selected course of study. National research consistently indicates that many students will require some level of LLN support. As such, we recognise that we have a responsibility to understand each student’s unique LLN needs.

Our desire is to identify any LLN need that you may have as a student and to assist you in reducing the impact this may have on your studies with MRWED. Therefore, we ask for you to either opt in or opt out of an LLN assessment, which will help us in determining how best to assist you.

CREDIT TRANSFER DOCUMENTS

MRWED defines a Credit Transfer as a unit of competency that has been deemed “superseded and equivalent” on www.training.gov.au. 

Please upload copies of your TAE credentials below to be considered for Credit Transfer or RPL evidence. Evidence of having obtained units within the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment may be accepted.

STUDENT DECLARATION

The Terms and Conditions relevant to your enrolment with MRWED Training and Assessment are detailed in the MRWED Participant Handbook. This handbook contains critical information around the policies and procedures that will be upheld throughout your enrolment with us. Please ensure you have downloaded a copy of your MRWED Participant Handbook located here: https://www.mrwed.edu.au/student-portal/

While it is imperative that all potential MRWED Students review the full MRWED Participant Handbook, please take note of the following key policies before finalising your enrolment:

  • Invoicing and Payments – self-funded students are offered a variety of payment and invoicing options for their applicable course (see clause 4.3 and 4.4)
  • Cancellations and Refunds – entitlements to cancellations and refunds will vary based on individual circumstances at the time of a request (see clause 4.7)
  • Enrolment Duration – MRWED Students enrolling into the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will have a 12 month enrolment period (see clause 4.11)

COURSE PAYMENT

The Upgrade to TAE40122 requires payment of an initial application fee of $249.00 which is not refundable. This application fee is absorbed in your total course fees once calculated after your consultation with our MRWED Learning Leaders to design your Learning Journey. 

Please note that this $249.00 application fee is not available to be paid off via our payment plan options. Students paying their own course fees must select "Pay Now" and proceed to the payment gateway to finalise their application successfully. 

Employers responsible for payment of this application fee will be invoiced, payment is due upfront for the student to have their application finalised successfully.
